Description

Family yoga is a fabulous opportunity to spend some quality time with your little ones, bonding, stretching, strengthening, relaxing and hopefully having some fun together.
We use a variety of yoga poses, breathing practices, games and activities and end the class with a relaxation that both young and old can enjoy.
