Description
A fun and vibrant yoga class aimed at toddlers and young kids.
All mats and equipment will be provided but your little yogis are welcome to bring along their favourite snuggly toy or blanky to help them relax ☺️
Using storytelling, mindful movement, music, game, ecstatic dance, and much more... children are guided through beautiful flows and fun activities using all the yoga essentials.
We will be working on postures, relaxation techniques, coordination, and having lots of fun!
