Description
Hey! I'm Emma;
A vibrant and qualified kids yoga teacher with over 10 years experience in Child Development.
I teach with an open heart and creatively design yoga classes suitable for tumbling tots all the way up to tenacious teens.
Using storytelling, music, mindful movements, games, dance and much more, children are guided through beautiful flows, using all the yoga essentials.
I have found yoga to be a wonderful way to nurture kids growth in a non-competitive environment. My aim is to create a balance between learning, mutual respect and creating boundaries. BUT! Most of all, it’s about having... FUN!
All mats and equipment will be provided but your little yogis are welcome to bring along their favourite snuggly toy or blanky to help them relax ☺️
