Welcome to a space where Mama's health and well-being come first. These classes are designed with YOU in mind—your body, your journey, your needs.
Join our Mama Collective each week as we flow together through gentle asanas, focusing on connection, restoration, and honoring your postpartum body. These slow, nourishing sessions are all about restoring and replenishing, allowing you to embrace the powerful journey of motherhood.
Each Sunday, this is YOUR safe space to show up exactly as you are, and dive into some much-needed quality YOU-time. ✨💖
Pregnant women are welcome to join this class (from 12 weeks onwards.)
All equipment provided. All levels welcome, whether you're a seasoned Yogi or a Yogi newbie, I modify and cater to all levels and requirements.
