LOVE STORY BIRTH - PREGNANCY/POSTNATAL YOGA & HYPNOBIRTHING

What we’ll cover:

• Ways to cope with labour (mentally and physically) including breathing techniques, hypnosis/relaxations and why they work, movement/positions, using a TENS/birth ball/water/comb, etc.

• If you have a birth partner, you’re welcome to bring them. We’ll also discuss how you/they can help support you as labour progresses.

• You’ll make a lot of choices around your birth. We’ll discuss how you can make the best choices for YOU, whatever that is. We’ll discuss what informed consent really means, different places of birth and why that changes birth statistics, excellent questions to keep on hand and an easy acronym to help you decide what you want. This workshop is for all births - not just physiological, unmedicated births.

• We’ll talk about what’s actually happening in labour so you can work with your body and not against it. Knowing what your body is doing and what you’re feeling can build your confidence and help you feel better connected to the process. It can also help you to think differently about how you move in labour and how you can reduce strain on your pelvic floor/perineum.

You’ll receive five mp3s to practice with, access to a Whatsapp group for continued support, a small but mighty gift and loads of resources. All for £60.
