Description

Baby Massage is a lovely first class to do with your baby. It can help soothe and relax your baby, aid digestion and help relieve wind, colic and constipation, and encourage your baby to sleep. We also have weekly discussions on baby topics during each session. The course includes an illustrated guide and a bottle of baby massage oil and is suitable for babies from birth up to crawling.
