Description
Time to focus on you while having your baby on the mat at all times. Using yoga to revitalise our energy and find space in the body and mind, we explore postures to release tight shoulders, neck and back muscles. We also work to strengthen our cores, glutes and pelvic floors using Pilates exercises specifically adapted for postnatal recovery and learn breathing techniques which boost resilience and help you find calm whenever you need it. After class we make time for a cup of tea so you can connect with other new mums. From 8 weeks.
Please bring a yoga mat and a cosy blanket for baby to lie on.
