MAMA MELLOW BABY MASSAGE

This luxury 5-week course begins on Tuesday 4th June 2024 from 1pm - 2:30pm at The Well House in Rawdon.

In the 90 minute sessions you will learn a full body massage with gentle yoga movements, plus an additional routine for the relief of colic and gas.

Meet other parents in a relaxing atmosphere over a cuppa and sweet treats.

Everything you need is provided i.e. floor mat, cushion, towel, oils, information booklet and a graduation certificate with the opportunity in class to add footprints and take photos in the graduation hoop.

I deliver baby massage courses in small, nurturing groups and on a one-to-one basis within my role as a Family Support Worker, for families with children 0-4 years.

I am also a qualified Reflexologist, so my two passions of holistic therapy and giving children the best start in life combine for Mama Mellow.

My aim is to offer you a safe and welcoming space to enjoy time with your baby whilst learning a life-long skill to connect with, and understand your baby and growing child.

As a Mum of two, I appreciate all that comes with the wild and wonderful journey that is parenting!
