We will be dedicating time for you to think about your birth and your well-earned relaxation. Because your Birth is one of the most important days of your life - it needs preparation . Perhaps you are still considering your Hypnobirthing course...This is where you can begin.

This is the perfect way to start your birth preparation and start building on those really important tools and techniques into your life now, ready for birth.

Running for one hour each week it is designed for fitting into our busy lives yet ensuring your feeling held, supported and most importantly after a busy day... relaxed!

-Stages of labour

-Breathing techniques

-Understanding your birth hormones

-Relaxations - and benefits include finding your fave scents too!

-Beginning your birth plan

£40 is for all four sessions. (plus recordings to watch back)

This will ensure you have a firm understanding of the essentials on what to expect during your birth journey. So grab your snuggly blanket, light all the candles and lets lean into this special time and get birth ready!
