Do I have to be fit to start?
Absolutely not, yes Bootcamp is the toughest of all Me Time classes but like all my classes you have the option to modify whenever you need and go at your own pace. That said, if your fitness level is already where you want it to be or you are looking to step up your fitness Bootcamp is definitely for you.
π§ What about the weather?
Classes go ahead in light rain, however, will be re-arranged or delivered virtually if heavy rain or conditions are unsafe.
If it is a hot day we will utilise the shade and the session will be modified to suit the conditions.
πΆ Can I bring my little one?
You can bring your little one if you need to as some mums do.
πββοΈ What is a typical class like?
Here is a Week 1 example - Warm Up, Fitness Test, Cardio circuit with equipment, Finisher, Core circuit, Cool down and stretch.
Sessions vary from week to week and get progressively harder.
βοΈ Will I lose weight?
We take a holistic approach to fitness, nutrition and well being. If you are consistent with the exercise, healthy eating and hydration that is encouraged you will most likely lose inches or pounds - I see it happen a lot!

Do I have to attend all 6 sessions?
Ideally yes, the course gets tougher each week and your progress will be felt most if you attend every week. That said, you are welcome to attend single sessions if you have other commitments.
π€ What do I need to bring?
Just you, water and a mat.
π¬ What is the virtual group for?
Weekly fitness challenges, recipe sharing, meal inspiration, generally cheering each other on and staying connected π
Bootcamp is suitable from 8 months postnatal if already regularly exercising or 10 months postnatal if not.
