• Meet other local pregnant mums
• Delivered by a Level 3 Pre and Post Natal Qualified instructor
• 10 minute warm up, gradual cardio to increase heart rate and get all of the body ready for the main circuit
• 20 minute circuit style exercises (including exercises to strengthen your Glutes, Core and Upper Body - all keys areas that need to stay strong to help counter balance the shift in posture as your Bump gets bigger)
• Core and Pelvic Floor specific exercises
• Cool down including stretches, breathing or positive affirmations.
