If you’ve done your “downward dog” yoga pose today, you’re probably feeling more relaxed. Regardless of your level of yoga expertise, if you’re practicing regularly, you can feel better from head to toe.
Yoga offers physical and mental health benefits for people and for busy mums who don't have a lot of time. And, yoga can become an integral part of your routine and potentially become your "Me time Activity".
We will go through sequences that will help you to uplift you physically and mentally.
Please bring a mat, a yoga block and water for the session.
