MER-MUMMIES

A 5 week baby massage and postnatal course with Shauna & Clare - registered midwives. Shauna will be teaching week 1 & 2 :)
Suitable for babies from 5-6 weeks at the date of the first class until they are mobile.

5 week course. Massage oil & creams:

IT IS NOW RECOMMENDED (not mandatory) to wait 24hrs before using my class provided oils. It is parental decision if you wish to undertake a 15 min patch test at class 1 and proceed with oil or bring your own on the first day. I provide a grapeseed oil which is one of the most natural oils for babies skin. You can also choose to undertake the massage without any oil, or of course bring your own for class 1. From class 2 - patch tested products can be used.

You should not undertake any massage on your baby 24 hours from the time of their vaccines. Please still attend the class and I will discuss this further at the first session.

Please bring 2 towels/blankets for your baby to lie on (only 1 needed on week 1)

Tea/coffee/water/biscuits provided - kitchen available

Cafe open onsite which can be used before or after class.
