MIDNIGHT BIRTH CLUB

If you're a new parent in West London, baby massage classes are the perfect way to bond with your baby and support their healthy development. Baby massage offers numerous benefits, including better sleep, improved digestion, and relief from colic. Throughout the class there’s time to chat about all things infant care, safe sleep, and you can get support with infant feeding, whether breastfed or bottle fed. I am a postnatal doula who has worked with many families and newborns supporting them as they adjust to life with a new baby. These classes are a wonderful place for me to support you in your role as a parent (whether it’s your first or your fourth!) And for you to meet and connect with other parents in the area.

SET IN JESSIE'S HOME ON WESTBOURNE PARK ROAD, W2.

These friendly sessions take place in Jessie's home, where we will be warm and comfortable. Tea and coffee is available throughout the session, and I’m always happy to hold your baby while you stretch your legs or go to the bathroom, and there's always some homemade bakes around too

Sessions are an hour long and are booked in a course of four for £75. This cohort takes place on Thursdays in May (1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd)

Our classes are designed to help you feel confident and calm, enhancing your parenting journey. You will meet other parents and get to socialise within your community.

Please note there are two cats who live in the house, but they will not be in the room with us
