Description
A low to moderate intensity pregnancy full body workout which focuses on strength, low impact cardio, posture, stretching and breathing using bodyweight, bands and light weights.
Classes will guide you safely through your pregnancy with modifications and regressions as required depending on where you are in your journey. Expectant mums of all fitness levels welcome from 14 weeks to full term (assuming you have no contraindications to exercise).
Please bring an exercise mat along. All other equipment will be provided.
