Our classes are uniquely designed to be inclusive to all ages and needs as the different elements within the class can be adapted to everyone's individual needs & development. 

The Mindfulness part for example includes breathing techniques (which are great to do before bed, in times of anxiety or stress or as part of your daily routine!) Babies and toddlers will benefit from simply observing their parent or carers being mindful while older toddlers and preschool children might be able to copy the breaths.

We ensure that we sing a diverse range of songs & bring a wide range of different instruments from all over the world as we believe this is a lovely way to introduce children to different cultures.

We have adapted traditional nursery rhymes to suit this day and age as we believe in equality and the importance of teaching this to children.
