MINI MOVEMENTS

An activity class for children aged from walking all the way up to 5 years old. We also get some crawlers who come along too and I'm proud to say a number of children have taken their first steps in class.

Grown-ups stay in class and support their children. The beginning of the class involves free-play and exploration of the equipment. There is an obstacle course laid out which includes tunnels, balance beams, cones, hopscotch, hurdles and more for children to go round or dip in and out of, and for younger ones there are mats and lots of sports and sensory equipment in the middle.

Each class will consist of a fab warm-up song to get children moving their bodies and finish with lots of giggles doing the Hokey-Cokey.

There will be games involving beanbags, cones and hoops, an opportunity to turn ourselves into animals and a huge play parachute for the children to go under.

Children in this class will have different levels of skills, mobility and concentration due to the age range. This is a relaxed child-led class, focusing on fun, development and keeping children active and happy. All children are welcome to participate in as much of the games as they wish and can choose to continue with free-play if they prefer.

The class offers a great opportunity for grown-ups to socialise as well as their little ones.

Brand new to Little-fit I am now offering all siblings for FREE with a paying child. Please book all siblings on using the seperate FREE link so I know how many children to expect in class.

FREE FRUIT will now be given at the end of class also. You are welcome to relax and stay in the hall while your child eats the fruit but please be aware that I have lots of equipment to set-up/pack away for next classes so will have to ask that you do this on the chairs provided so I can whizz around the hall :-)
