Christmas themed combined class, to include as always:
-Sharing circle, grounding, intention setting and breathwork.
-Pregnancy and parent& baby suitable yoga flow, both strengthening and invigorating with plenty of opportunity to connect with little ones.
-Essential oils and final mediation and relaxation.
-Tea and vegan homemade (Christmas themed) sweet treat; time to connect with your local community of parents and parents to be!
