Description

During the class you will learn a new area of the body each week and recap from previous weeks. You will be taught the benefits of different massage strokes, allowing you to create a bespoke routine, at home, that suits you and your baby. Each class is 1 hour long, which includes 45 minutes of massage and 15 minutes for baby yoga. Refreshments are provided and there is always time for a chat.
