Description
Moonbabies Massage class is the perfect introduction to parent and baby classes because it's a gentle class providing you with a little love bubble for you and your baby to bond, connect and enjoy all of the health benefits that come with baby massage and baby yoga.
Baby massage can also help further develop the bond between you both by stimulating all of the senses. The class teaches you gentle massage strokes and their benefits. It also provides you with the tools to naturally help to relax and soothe your baby through nurturing touch. You will also learn how to relieve trapped wind, symptoms of colic, teething and constipation through baby massage and baby yoga.
Each week we focus on a different area of the body as well as practising strokes from the previous week.
