Our Baby Yoga courses incorporate over clothes massage, breathing techniques, stretching and movements for baby (and a few for you!) as well as songs and sensory play.
Drawing on some inspiration from traditional yoga teaching and uses gentle stretches, movement and interactive/sensory play for parents to do with their baby.

Playful interactions support parent-baby bonding, helping to build trust and confidence.

There will be structured relaxation at the end of every class for parents, as well as opportunities to meet/connect with other local parents.

Course details:

Please make sure that you and baby have both had your 6-8 week check before attending our class. Baby Yoga is safe to practice from this point and is suitable for babies all the way up until they are crawling.

What’s included:
• 4 weeks of face-to-face teaching
• No special equipment needed, however we advise bringing a blanket & wearing suitable clothing to move around freely in.
