Description
Movement Collective now offers Reformer Classes with Baby.
This class is specifically designed for postnatal recovery, and new parents who require a slower paced class for thoughtful, specific movement practice. Everyone is welcome to bring their babies! The class uses the Reformer which provides resistance and support. Maximum of 6 students.
Students will:
- understand the equipment
- learn foundational Pilates movements and work to perfect the basics
- move at a gentle, sustainable pace
- be offered adaptations to suit needs
Students will not:
- have to get on to the floor
- put strain on abdomen
The class improves:
- mobility
- strength
- balance
- confidence & joy - all while bonding with your baby!
