Description

One... two.. three... basecamp!
At Muddy Boots children's outdoor nature sessions are run by Naomi. The activities give young children a hands-on chance to explore nature - e.g looking at pond life, learning about bees, discovering different plants & trees, going on mini-beast hunts. There are seasonal and bush craft activities, eg campfires, bird feeding, beginnners whittling digging, planting, watering, harvesting.
Each week there is an activity, a walk in the reserve woods to listen and look for wildlife and learn about trees.
We then end up at basecamp with a nature related story, a snack and songs.
Sessions are each Monday and Friday 10-12 (term time) 10am at the green iron Reserve gates opposite Tyson Road on Devonshire Road.
£12 per child, sibling discount available.
Recommended age for engaging in activities is 18m upwards. Younger siblings (under 18m very welcome and are free). Lots of siblings in slings come!
