Our Postnatal Yoga class is a nurturing and supportive space designed for new mothers and their babies. Suitable from six weeks postpartum (once signed off by your doctor) and until your little one becomes more mobile (crawling), this class offers a gentle way to rebuild strength, improve posture, and relieve tension—all while bonding with your baby.
With a focus on postnatal recovery, we’ll guide you through safe movements to support your core, pelvic floor, and overall well-being. While your baby is welcome to be part of the practice, you can support your healing and self-care, helping you regain confidence and balance in both body and mind.
Join a community of other new mums in a relaxed, baby-friendly environment where you can stretch, breathe, and connect. No prior yoga experience needed—just bring yourself, your baby, and a willingness to move and restore.
NURTURING - EMPOWERING - JOYFUL
Passionate about teaching what she loves, Solène offers a warm and nurturing space for expecting mothers. Certified in Hatha yoga in 2018, she trained with Sally Parkes in pre-post natal yoga when she was pregnant with her first child in 2019. It was deeply empowering as a woman but also as a yogini to understand her body better. Bringing more respect and compassion to her practice, allowing herself to slow down and soften. While being rooted in the yoga tradition, prenatal yoga classes are entirely adapted to mums to be from 12 weeks onwards.
