Description
Mum+ is a 6-week postnatal fitness programme run from our private studio in Greenwich. Sessions focus on building full body strength, improving posture and boosting energy.
The programme is suitable for anyone from complete beginners to seasoned gym-goers - the aim is to help you build or rebuild confidence in what your body can do after having a baby. With just 4 mums in a group, you can enjoy the benefits of a group class while receiving individual attention and exercise modifications.
Babies from 2-10 months are welcome to come along. We have bouncers for infants, a quiet space for pram naps, toys, books and lots of patience! As a mum myself, I understand the many challenges that come with a new baby, and I want you and your baby to feel safe, accommodated and at ease in the gym.
The beginners programme runs for 6 weeks, with an option to continue into the intermediate programme for another 6 weeks.
Certified PT with specialist qualification in pre/postnatal fitness.
