Description
A mums fitness class that will get mums moving and feeling strong again with their little ones in tow. Exercises will be mostly bodyweight, focusing on rebuilding strength, regaining core control, and improving fitness. All mums and tots are welcome, its not just limited to those with stationary babies.
If you’re a new mum, make sure you’ve been given the all-clear at your GP 6-week check and if you’ve had a c-section, please wait at least 12 weeks (you know your body best).
Please bring a gym mat and something for the tots to lie on/ babes to play with
