Description
Come and join this fun and friendly workout with a buggy - postnatal safe workouts.
The workout consists of brisk walks and periods of exercise suitable for women who have had a baby/babies including strength, mobility and cardio exercise.
Suitable for mums 8 weeks postnatal (10 weeks for c sec) up to pre school age
Please ensure you've had your 6 week GP check before attending.
You can pre-book onto a class
Suitable for any type of buggy where baby is secure. Slings cannot be worn during exercise, but can be worn for the walking part.
The class is open to all carers.
Meet bottom of slope, by Sobo Beach, next to lifesaving hut
