Description
Play based introduction to a range of instruments for children aged 4-6 years, building up the necessary skills for formal lessons in piano, violin or guitar. Perfect as a first introduction to music making and a natural progression from our Music Appreciation sessions.
An innate understanding of music is taught using a bespoke framework to capture all areas of development including composition, playing together and solo, trying a range of different instruments and listening different genres. Notation is introduced through movement, flash cards and playful visual resources. Special topics capture a sense of adventure and helps creative musical play to flourish.
