Description
This fun and focused class is a combination of both our beginning gymnastics and ninja training class! Children begin to work on learning and perfecting skills in levelled groups on the Bars, Vault, Beam, and in Tumbling. As well as developing strength, stamina, and agility in Ninja conditioning exercises and obstacle courses that change every week. Classes are taught in the same positive, encouraging environment that children are accustomed to in every My Gym Program.
