Description
Prenatal Pilates is generally suitable at any stage of your pregnancy, however there are factors to consider when starting a new exercise routine. It is important to discuss your exercise intentions with your Midwife or GP, as there may be conditions that need to be highlighted.
What to expect:
Classes will be kept small with just four participants, this is to ensure you get the support you need and can be monitored carefully.
The classes will be 45-60 minutes (45mins of exercise, 15mins of catch up, discussion and Q&A) and initially run for six weeks at a time.
A recording of the class will be provided for you to continue your practice at home during the week.
If you are unable to attend your class in the studio, you will be able to join via Zoom. If you are unwell, you won’t miss out because I will still send the class recording for you to practice at home once you feel better.
