45 minute circuit based mum and baby fitness class designed to get your heart racing whilst building strength and stability to aid postnatal recovery. Medium intensity and suitable for all fitness levels, classes incorporate light cardio, resistance and strength work and a gentle core section.
Suitable from 6 weeks pp (10-12 weeks C Section)
Classes £6 each, payable in a monthly block.
