If you're expecting or have a baby up to 3 months old, come along and learn all about the different types of slings/carriers you can use with a newborn, as well as optionally about cloth nappies.

You'll be able to try the slings out using dolls. We can also cover bump wrapping which can help with back and pelvic pain.

You'll have the opportunity to either buy or hire a sling.
