Description
Face to face postnatal yoga for you with your baby - whether they are asleep or awake. The classes are relaxed and welcoming, recognising that new parents need a space for themselves to enjoy with their babies alongside. (Previously called Mother & Baby Yoga)
The class is ideal for new mums, but also anyone wanting to make time to exercise and focus on themselves, while enjoying their babies. Join anytime after your postnatal check (usually 6-8 weeks) and suitable until the baby's mobility is too distracting!
Including gentle yoga, with extensions for those who are ready to work a bit harder, relaxation, and singing to your baby. Each class is tailored to the participants, and the needs of parents and babies at the time, and you are always encouraged to listen to your body and take the class at your own pace.
No yoga experience needed.
