Led by our aqua-natal instructors, these classes will consist of low-impact exercises designed to enhance strength, flexibility, and overall fitness, followed by a relaxing float in our warm hydro water, which provides a unique and comforting environment. You have the chance to connect with other mums-to-be and be a part of a supportive and friendly network.
Suitable from at least 12 weeks into pregnancy.
