Our free Early Pregnancy Class is a one off 1.5 hour class specifically designed for that period where pregnant women and birthing people are often left feeling a bit alone and frantically googling, when what you really need is support and evidence-based, impartial information and guidance. Friendships and refreshments will be provided!
