Description

We are a one of its kind baby group – a relaxing experience for parents as well as babies.
You will have the pleasure of a Sound Bath in every class, (not sure what that is?) -
A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that uses sound to sooth your mind and body.
We will go through specially designed baby massage sequences, moving through different body parts each week.
Free Coffee / Tea & biscuits provided in the class.
Classes run on consecutive Wednesdays.
Two class times are available: 9:50am & 10:40am
We are based at St James Parish centre – in Denton Holme
Ages 4 weeks - 9 months (or older if they’re not crawling)
