NURTURING THROUGH NATURE

Tree Babies is a unique class for parents and babies, offering the opportunity to connect with themselves, their babies, their community, and nature. Designed for parents/caregivers to feel supported, it provides a space for quality time together, away from busy lives, promoting natural sensory experiences for babies. The focus on parental well-being is key, as it significantly impacts a baby’s well-being.

Tree Babies classes are recommended for pre-movers and provide a natural environment to support bonding and connection. Classes last approximately one hour and include activities such as mindfulness, breathing practices, nature art and craft, sensory development, gratitude practice, journaling, movement (including baby-wearing dancing, nature walks, and gentle stretching), and community support.

For health and safety, babies should be carried in a carrier or sling during walking activities. Prams can be used for seated circle sessions at Castle Bromwich Gardens. For any questions before booking, please message or email us.

Nurturing Through Nature classes encourage parents/caregivers and babies to embrace varying weather conditions and their sensory benefits. Classes will take place outside as much as possible, with sheltered facilities available during inclement weather.

Our venue offers free parking, toilet facilities, and a cafe to enjoy before or after sessions. The ticket price includes access to the gardens after the session ends for one baby and one parent/caregiver.
