Mindful Mondays’ nature play sessions are a great way to start your week! Join our welcoming community of local families to connect with nature, relax and explore the wildlife at Sydenham Garden.
Nurturing Wild is on a mission to inspire families to get outdoors, be playful and connect with nature. ✨

Sessions are led by Julia, who has over 20yrs teaching experience, is an early years consultant and a qualified Level 3 Forest School leader.
Jane is a highly experienced teacher and a qualified child art and play therapist.
Both are DBS checked
Julia is a Level 3 qualified Forest School Leader and paediatric first aid trained
