Description
A chance to learn the beautiful art of baby massage and the importance of positive touch
This course will give you the chance to bond, connect and and discover the many benefits.
Baby massage can help ease trapped wind, constipation, colic, teething pains whilst also encouraging relaxation and sleep. This course is suitable for babies aged 8 weeks to pre-crawling
Each week we will cover a different part of the body and discover the benefits.
This 4 week course will be start on Monday October 31st and run through until November 28th (no class 21 November) at 10am each week.
The cost of the course is £45 and includes a bottle of Baby Massage Oil, a handout and certificate on completion. You can book your space by emailing [email protected]
A 4 week course where you will get to the learn the beautiful art of Baby Massage and discover ways to alleviate colic, constipation, trapped wind, teething pains and more. The course includes a handout, oil, certificate and light refreshments. There is a chance to a chat with like minded parents and all classes are non judgemental - everyone is welcome!
