The Preps program deals with the refinement of skills. The quality of each movement is more important at this stage. The program includes a wide range of specialized sports skills, formalized sports drills and a large amount of partner?work which lays the foundation for competent sports participation.
This program covers the more demanding ball skills, as it is essential that the necessary base be laid for the six most popular sports that will be covered in the child's school environment.
Development of skills related to the sports played at school.
Introduction to basic teamwork.
