Description
Pregnancy yoga to help your body stay strong through pregnancy and prepare for birth, whilst also nourishing your mental health. Exercises focus on addressing common issues in pregnancy such as lower back pain and joint issues, but will be tailored to meet class demands.
Suitable from the 2nd trimester. Please let me know before the class if you have any pregnancy-related issues or general injuries that may affect your practice (I'll send a form before the lesson, or you can turn up early to tell me face-to-face).
