As an experienced and qualified pre and post natal trainer, I want to share my knowledge to help women feel empowered in my 45 minute Post Natal classes. The session focuses on full body compound movements, rebuilding core muscles and boosting energy levels!
The only equipment used in the session are resistance bands and dyno bands. The workout is low impact and suitable for all levels. Please ensure you have had your 6 week check up with the doctor before attending. If any injuries please do let me know (email [email protected])

The class is full body so focuses on upper body, lower body and core strength. I provide resistance bands and dyno bands. All you need to bring is a bottle of water and a gym mat and you are good to go!
