MUM’s CHAT – Let’s talk about…..?

Let’s Talk About…..?, is an informal chat session for Mums, about any of the issues that Mothers have faced during the week. These sessions are taken on the weekends, to look back on the previous weeks issues. Each week will be based on a variation of different topics chosen by the participants in the sessions. We talk about what YOU want to talk about!

These online sessions are structured to provide Mothers with a confidential safe place, where they can just have a chat, whilst confiding with other Mothers who are also going through a range of troubling issues.

Topics vary from the following but not limited to:
- Marriage/Partnership issues
- Home Maintenance
- Keeping up with household requirements
- Child rearing
- Conception
- Adoption/Fostering
- Bereavement
- Finance
- Business
- Family & Friendships
- Abuse / Domestic Violence
- Mental Health and Wellbeing
- Self-Motivation / Confidence building
- Generic Mum Life and more…..

These sessions are hosted by Winnie Benson. A Mother herself who decided to use her past experiences to help other Mothers in need.

Winnie is an author, entrepreneur and philanthropist for issues surrounding Women, Children and the Environment.
