Pregnancy yoga with Ellie, has the benefits of regular classes, a time to focus inward and treasure a developing bond between you and your baby, that will span a lifetime.
Attending regularly the body eases into pregnancy as the body and baby develops, with gentle and tailored pregnancy yoga poses that can stabilise or even alleviate, common ailments, such as lower back pain or PGP (Pelvic Girdle Pain), exhaustion, heartburn, shortness of breath, headaches, constipation, and carpal tunnel, to name just a few.
I also link tools and techniques around pranayama breathing to enhance relaxation and stress reduction.
Each class adapts to you and the group, focusing on week-to-week changes and community spirit, connecting mothers-to-be, within the local area.
