Description
Mum and Baby yoga is a great way to ease yourself back into exercising as a new mother whilst having fun with your baby and sharing space with other like-minded mums.
In this course you will work on strengthening your pelvic floor, abdomen, and core muscles. Over the 4 weeks you’ll experience a sense of confidence as your body becomes strong and any tension in the mind is released. These gentle yoga moves are designed for you and your baby to do together, so you can bond while getting fitter. There’s no pressure to find the perfect practice though as we are flexible around you and your little ones needs
