Description
This is a 60 minute class that incorporates movement and reflection to promote Mental Wellbeing. Your child will learn fun Yoga moves to strengthen their bodies and learn techniques to manage anxiety, communicate and understand their feelings and gain confidence in themselves. Each session begins with an energising activity to shake off any worries and connect with the group. We will then engage the mind through either a talking circle time activity, Lego therapy or a social skills activity. Next we engage the body through Yoga flows performed to fun music or through story. Each session will end with a relaxation exercise and a final reflection and discussion on feelings.
