RAW KIDS GYMNASTICS

RAW Kids Gymnastics provides pre school gymnastics classes throughout the week.

RAW Wrigglers (Under 3's)
18mth - 3yrs
RAW Wrigglers is a parent and child class for children aged 18 months to 3 years old. In this class the children will take part in a group warm up to music and discover different ways to use hand apparatus to help them learn basic gymnastics shapes, movements and stretches. Then together with their parent they will perform a large circuit of equipment which will have them climbing, balancing, rolling, hanging, jumping and most importantly having lots of fun! The coach will guide this part of the session but the children will be allowed to explore and play at their own pace. The end of the session will finish with a group exercise and music.

RAW Rollers (3-4 Years)
3 - 4yrs
RAW Rollers is an independent class for children aged 3 to 4 years old. In this class the children will take part on their own as their parent sits and observes. They will begin with a group warm up game and discover different ways to use hand apparatus to help them learn basic gymnastics shapes, movements and stretches. Then they will perform 2 small circuits of equipment which will have them climbing, balancing, rolling, hanging, jumping and most importantly having lots of fun! The coach will provide instructions and support the children to learn and complete the exercises set out. The end of the session will finish with a group exercise and music.

Foundation Class (4-7 Years)
4 - 7yrs
Our Foundation class is an independent class for children aged 4 to 7 years old. They will begin with a group warm up game and discover different ways to use hand apparatus to help them learn basic gymnastics shapes, movements and stretches. Then they will perform 2 small circuits of equipment which will have them climbing, balancing, rolling, hanging, jumping and most importantly having lots of fun.
