READY, STEADY, GO PARENT AND TODDLER GROUP

Come along and join in with our fantastic forest school and outdoor learning activities.
The group leader has a Forest School level 3 qualification. Activities that take place will include: shelter building, bug hunting, nature crafts, fire-lighting, using basic tools and much more. Sessions planned are age appropriate and encourage pre-school children and adults to have fun and learn more about the outdoor surroundings. The site is ideal for forest school sessions. On this huge, fenced, secure site there is a fire pit with seating, a selection of trees, mini-beast habitats and plenty of room for exploration.
Now that Spring is on its way, this half-term, we will be looking for all sorts of creatures outdoors. We will be exploring our site for hedgehogs, birds, mini-beasts and worms. There will be games to help the children develop their confidence and independence and activities to help them use their imagination, be creative and learn more about nature. If your child enjoys getting muddy, finding worms, hunting for bugs and making new friends and having fun, come along and join in the outdoor fun!
Refreshments are available for adults and children during the session and, most importantly, time for all to chat, play and develop new friendships.
