Description
The free play session is for parents/carers and their child aged 1 to 4 years. This session enables Ready, Steady, Go Parent and Toddler Group to be accessible to all families in the local community.
During the session, there will be a range of activities available that pre-school children love to play with and explore, but this session is less structured. We do encourage adults to interact with their child during their play. However, this is an opportunity for you to spend time with other like-minded parents, chat, build friendships and share parenting knowledge. Over a cup of tea and a biscuit, the group leader and volunteers will spend time talking to all family members and are also available to signpost adults with any concerns about their own or their child’s health, education and wellbeing. We don’t profess to be expects in everything, but hopefully we can point you in the right direction to a charity, agency or professional that might help relieve a problem.

Spring Term 1 Three week phased start - 27th January to 14th February All health and safety attached documents must by read and signed by parents on registration. Important information about the adults and child's health must also be recorded so that all staff at the parent and toddler group are fully aware of every participant's specific needs. The code of conduct and other important policies must also be read and adhered to when attending the parent and toddler group. Spring Term 2 Start Week beginning: 24th February Cost for each session - £4.50 per child Half term block booking - £4.00 per session/per child
