Description
Sensory play is a good way for toddlers to learn about themselves and develop an understanding of the world around them. During the sessions the children will use their sense of touch, taste, sight, hearing and smell to explore and learn.
This half-term each week will focus on a different sense. WARNING: be prepared for it to get messing when we learn about touch, get noisy when we learn about sound and to explore the great outdoors when we use our sense of sight. On Pancake Day we will make good use of our sense of smell and taste. Yummy! The whole room will be set up each week with lots of age appropriate toys and activities for your young toddlers to play with and explore. These activities support language development, motor skills, social skills and scientific curiosity.
It might get a bit messy… but why not come along and join in the fun!
Refreshments are available for adults and children during the session and, most importantly, time for all to chat, play and develop new friendships.

Spring Term 2 Start Week beginning: 24th February Cost for each session - £4.50 per child Sibling £4.00 per child Half term block booking for 6 weeks - £4.00 per session/per child If a parent/carer needs to cancel a session for any reason that is not a problem. Please contact Angela Allen (Group leader) via email and another session will be rearranged, that has availability and is suitable for you.
